Brad Kurtz Real Estate specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes and investment properties.

Brad has been involved in real estate for over twenty years and is passionate about what he does. He is an investor, a developer and a real estate agent. It is rare to find a profession that you both love and feel passionate about, but Brad has done just that.

He has a tremendous skill of listening to his clients and using his vast knowledge of real estate he helps prepare them to make the most informed decisions possible while getting top-dollar returns on their investments.

Brad strives for excellence, going above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. He is a forward thinking agent who has the mindset of an investor, making his services and knowledge a tremendous asset to both first time home buyers and seasoned investors.

Brad and his wife live on the east side of Santa Cruz where they are raising their two young children. When Brad isn’t working on real estate you can find him out surfing at The Lane, practicing yoga, spending time with his family or walking one of his three dogs.
